Summary0000780: Win+Mで最小化しても少しすると勝手に出てくる。
DescriptionWin+Mで最小化しても少しすると勝手に出てくる。
この時、マウスインタラクション等は動作するが、Win+Mを押しても再度最小化されない。
タスクトレイアイコンを右クリックしたときにアイコン化にチェックが入っていない。
このときアイコン化すると勝手に出てくることはなくなる。

Windows側の仕様変更なのかSSP側のバグなのかわからない。
