Summary0000772: オフラインサーフェスダンプでエラーログの情報が欠落しています

エラーのあるシェルでオフラインサーフェスダンプを実施したところ --dump-error-log で指定したエラーログの情報が、通常起動したSSPのGUI上のログ表示と比較して情報が欠落しています。
特に日本語部分のエラーの説明が抜けている状態です。また要望に近いかもしれませんが「種類」カラムのログレベル種別が取得できると助かります。

・SSP上の表示（SSPのログ行コピーを使用）
[SERIKO] Surface=0/Animation=201/Pattern=0 二重定義されています。
[SERIKO] Line=194:Animation202->201
[SERIKO] Line=193:Animation202->201
[SERIKO] Line=193 定義ミスです。

・オフラインサーフェスダンプのエラーログ

・実行したコマンド(D:\SSP_2 にssp, ghost/kanade_3rdに配置)
ssp.exe /o bootunlock,standalone --offline-dump D:\path_to_ssp\ghost\kanade_3rd --dump-scope 0 --dump-surface-list 0 --dump-output-dir D:\path_to_ssp\surfacedump --dump-error-log D:\path_to_ssp\surfacedump\err.log

・再現方法
1. 奏でる日常の旋律 nar をダウンロードしてSSPのghost/kanade_3rdフォルダに展開
> https://home.kanadelab.ukagaka.net/kanade_3rd/kanade_3rd.nar
2. 例として193行目を surfaces.txt の仕様外の状態に削る
> animation202.interv
3. オフラインサーフェスダンプをコマンドラインから実行して出力された err.log と SSPを起動したときのGUI上のエラーログを見比べる
