Summary0000762: Prevent looping of non-repeating .GIF surfaces
DescriptionWhile testing the use of .gif files as surfaces in a ghost, I discovered that a surface I had specified to stop after a set number of loops would loop continuously as if the setting was ignored by SSP. I believe this may be an oversight in the feature, though with my lack of prior experience with it I could be wrong about this. Please feel free to weigh in.

SSP version: 2.7.92
Windows 11 25H2
