Summary0000762: Prevent looping of non-repeating .GIF surfaces
DescriptionWhile testing the use of .gif files as surfaces in a ghost, I discovered that a surface I had specified to stop after a set number of loops would loop continuously as if the setting was ignored by SSP. I believe this may be an oversight in the feature, though with my lack of prior experience with it I could be wrong about this. Please feel free to weigh in.

SSP version: 2.7.92

Please attach the GIF file where the problem is occurring.
Also, if available, please provide the definition from the surfaces.txt file that you are using.

Otherwise, I won’t be able to figure out what’s going on.

The affected surface is from an unreleased ghost, I won't be able to provide any additional info about it. Hopefully this will suffice in determining the cause of the bug.
