Summary0000668: Charset setting in readme.txt causes readme to not be displayed
DescriptionAdding "charset,UTF-8" to the first line of the readme causes SSP to display it as N/A. I replicated this across a couple different ghosts, on different computers.

If I'm using the setting incorrectly please let me know.

SSP/2.6.93 (20250205-0; Windows NT 10.0.19045)
I also reproduced this on Windows 11
And on Windows 10 on the following version: SSP/2.7.00 Pre3 (20240716-1; Windows NT 10.0.19045)
