Summary	0000663: Settings for window transparency are disabled in recent versions of SSP
Description	All settings related to window transparency, including the sliders for character/balloon/calendar transparency, are grayed out and can no longer be changed. SSP/2.6.91 (20250104-1; Windows NT 10.0.19045) Also confirmed on SSP/2.6.91 (20250104-1; Windows NT 10.0.26100), and I can confirm that it happened in SSP 2.6.89 on this computer's environment as well
