Description	Unselected anchors in a balloon will retain the font color indicated by anchor.font.color even when not being hovered over. SSP ver. 2.6.51, Windows 10, tested with multiple balloons

ponapalt 2023-12-30 18:39 administrator ~0001448	I tried defining anchor.notselect.font.color in descript.txt, but could not reproduce it. Please check if it works correctly with 2.6.52 or later, and if it still occurs, please attach a balloon with the problem occurring.
