Summary	0000596: It doesn't look like the update file cache is working
Description	Cause of incident: https://ukadon.shillest.net/@steve02081504/110359772351386062 I have observed that on multiple updates, even if a file has been downloaded on a previous update, the update may fail on subsequent updates of that file causing the update to terminate So I guess the caching mechanism for updating files is not working correctly.
