Summary0000689: nobootcheckオプションを使用していても異常終了時OnBootのReference6がhaltになる
Description異常終了時の動作をバイパスする起動オプションのnobootcheckを使用していても、異常終了後の起動でOnBootのReference6がhaltになります。

・再現方法
1, 「奏でる日常の旋律」をsspにインストールします。

2. タスクマネージャからssp,exe を強制終了します。
3. コマンドプロンプトから「ssp.exe /o nobootcheck /g kanade_3rd」でnobootcheckオプションを使用して起動します。
4. OnBootのReference6がhaltとなり、異常終了を示します。

・期待する動作
通常起動時と同じ結果になること
