Summary0000664: Ghosts move to primary screen when reentering user session
DescriptionSSP/2.6.91 (20250104-1; Windows NT 10.0.26100)

Whenever logging into the session after computer sleeps, or manually locking session with Win+L, if the ghosts are on the secondary screen (1 on the attached screenshot), they get moved to the primary one (2 on the screenshot). This didn't use to happen until recently.

Tried this both in horizontal and vertical positions of the screens, both have the same effect. Confirmed on Windows 10 and 11. Tested on around 6 different ghosts, this seems to happen all of them.

I have tried several times to correct the problem, but it may be related to Windows specifications and cannot be fixed.
I will try to find a workaround, but it may not be possible to fix the problem.

Understandable. Some time after this discovered some other fullscreen programs get moved the same way as well. Thank you for your time!
In the meantime, found a workaround to this from suggestions of other people experiencing the same thing with other programs. https://github.com/kangyu-california/PersistentWindows
